General Reservation Conditions

 

SECURITY AND PROTECTION TO BUYERS

Payments for purchases on the web www.campingcoroso.com will be made through Redsys (BBVA official payment channel) with all encryption and data transfer security systems through the SSL protocol. Buyers will enjoy the protection of these channels at all times.

BUNGALOW RESERVATION CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT OF STAY. The reservation is personal and is considered firm once received by bank transfer the requested advance according to the duration of the stay. Once the advance payment is received, the reservation will be confirmed by email. The remaining amount of the stay must be paid upon arrival at Camping Coroso. The period contracted in the reservation once confirmed can only be modified according to the conditions of cancellations and changes.

RESERVATION AMOUNT. For high season rates the reservation amount will correspond to 40% of the total amount of the stay. The rest of the season the minimum reservation amount will be of 100 Euros or 30% of the stay for stays of more than two nights.

MINIMUM STAY. During “High Season 2” stays will be weekly, from saturday to saturday or sunday to sunday according to availability, and except special offers, according to demand. The rest of the season the minum stay will be of two nights, except speciall offers, according to demand.

DEPOSIT. Upon check-in a deposit of 200 Euros will be paid, which will be returned within a period of 24 hours after the departure and once it has been verified that the bungalow and its equipment are complete and in perfect condition. In the event of any damage, theft or substraction of any of the bungalow’s equipment, the total amount of the deposit will be lost.

BUNGALOW RENTAL CONDITIONS. Every person stay at Camping Coroso’s bungalows must know and accept the conditions of stay. These can be consulted through the link: www.campingcoroso.com/bungalow-rental-conditions.

CAMPING COROSO’S GENERAL POLICIES. Check-in at the campsite and in the bungalows will mean full acceptance of the internal regime of the Coroso Camping. The users of the bungalows of Camping Coroso will be subject at all times to the regulations of the internal regime of the campsite, from which they can request a copy at the reception and available online through the link: www.campingcoroso.com/policies

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES POLICIES FOR bungalows

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS. Camping Coroso, S.L. will accept the cancellation of the reservations of bungalows that have been communicated in writing to the email reservas@campingcoroso.com with the following conditions: Reimbursement of 75% of the advance payment if the cancellation is made within 60 days before the date of arrival. Reimbursement of 50% of the reservation advance if the cancellation is made within 31 to 60 days before the arrival date. No refund of the advance payment if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the date of arrival.

CHANGES ON RESERVATIONS. The period contracted in the reservation once confirmed cannot be modified, unless the Camping Coroso expressly allows it and always according to the rates and conditions on the date of the change. The stay can always be extended according to availability and paying the corresponding amount of advanced payment and stay.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT. If the bungalow is not occupied within 24 hours. following the date of hiring without prior notice, the contract will be automatically canceled resulting in the loss of the amount delivered. Camping Coroso reserves the right to re-hire the bungalow. For late occupancy, in any case, the client will have the obligation to pay the entire amount of the contracted stay.

Camping Coroso reserves the right to cancel a reservation within a maximum period of 48 hours, if any anomaly or overbooking situation is detected. If the payment for the reservation was received, it would be returned in full as soon as possible.

CAMPING RESERVATION CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT OF STAY. The reservation is personal and is considered firm once the bank transfer or payment through virtual payment platform of the advanced payment requested is received. Once this advanced payment is received, the reservation will be confirmed by email. The remaining amount of the stay must be paid upon arrival at Camping Coroso. The period contracted in the reservation once confirmed can only be modified according to the conditions of cancellations and changes.

RESERVATION AMOUNT. The reservation amount for camping stays will correspond to 30% of the total amount of the contracted stay.

SELECTION OF LOCATION. Campers may choose a location upon arrival at Camping Coroso within the pitches available at the rate contracted in their reservation, provided there is availability and within the options presented by the Reception. In any case, Camping Coroso reserves the right to indicate to the camper the location to be used during his stay at the campsite. You can choose a location at a different rate than the one contracted by paying the corresponding difference. It is strictly forbidden to occupy another pitch to the one chosen or assigned for the stay in the campsite, either for reserving it or for any other purpose.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES POLICIES FOR CAMPING STAYS

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS. Camping Coroso, S.L. will accept the cancellation of reservations that have been communicated in writing with the following conditions: (1) More than 30 days before arrival: Refund of 75% of the amount of the advance of the reservation* (2) Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of the amount of the advance payment of the reservation* (3) Between 14 and 0 days before the expected arrival date: 0% refund of the advance payment amount of the reservation. *Minimum cancellation expense of 10 Euros.

If the contracted plot is not occupied by the owner on the day of arrival or the next day before 12 noon, the contract will be automatically canceled and will result in the full loss of the payment and advanced payment, unless prior written notice is given. Camping Coroso S.L. reserves the right to re-contract the plot.

Camping Coroso reserves the right to cancel a reservation within a maximum period of 48 hours, if any anomaly or overbooking situation is detected. If the payment for the reservation was received, it would be returned in full as soon as possible.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS. The period contracted in the reservation once confirmed can only be modified if Camping Coroso expressly allows it for availability and planning, and always according to the rates in place on the date on which the change is made for the days and type of accommodation contracted.
